I'm having trouble downloading a video.

  1. Make sure your internet connection is stable and its speed equal to or higher than 3.5mb/s to download the video within the 45-minute download time limit. The www.fast.com site is a great free site to test your internet speed.
  2. Make sure your device and the app are fully up to date.
  3. Set the device's "sleep mode" to "never" in its Settings.
  4. Plug the device into power so it doesn't turn off.
  5. Restart the device, reset your internet router, and then try downloading it again.
