My Mac issue is unresolved. What can I sent to Fretlight to help resolve this issue?

Please open the Mac Console and test the affected software using the following instructions.

Console instructions: Open the Console App (Applications/Utilities/Console), click the "Clear Display" button, and complete the following applicable tests one at a time. Copy and paste the log text from the Console into your reply to this email.

Player: Open the Fretlight Video Player and play a video.

Improviser: Open the Improviser and try to open and play a .fli song.

Chord and Scale Library: Open the Library and view an open C chord.
